Description

We experience several forms of silence in the course of our everyday lives, even if we are seldom pausing and reflecting about the impact that silences have in our communication with others, in our sense of connection with ourselves, others, and the environment. Therefore, silence can impact our well-being and in this micro-module students will, through challenge-based learning, strategically and critically reflect about the role of silence in communication, connection, and well-being.
