Description

Creative intelligence is essential to generating innovative solutions to complex problems. In a rapidly changing world, individuals and organizations need to adapt and find new ways to address challenges and manage uncertain, proactive situations. Creative thinking can lead to breakthroughs in technology, business, healthcare, and many other fields. The aim of this micromodule is to develop competencies and skills that are necessary to search for creative solutions to deal with problems by means of developing creative intelligence in an organisation.

To achieve this goal, you will dive into the main perspectives of creative intelligence theory: discuss the relevance of creative intelligence in context, delve into the concept of creative intelligence, understand the main philosophical aspects of creativity, and decode the types of thinking important for creativity. This will broaden your knowledge and help you empower yours creative thinking.

To be able to create the right conditions for the manifestation of creative intelligence and thus ensure the competitiveness of a modern organization [through innovative uncertain problem solving], certain conditions created in the organization through creative leadership are extremely important. So, to achieve this goal you will delve into the characteristics of creative leadership, specifics of creative problem solving, the essence of Design Thinking process and favourable climate for the manifestation of creativity.

  • Secondly, to foster creative intelligence and enhance a modern organization's competitiveness through innovation, it's crucial to establish specific conditions via creative leadership. As a result, you will have the chance to practice the prerequisites for expressing creative intelligence within the organization.
