This learning experience, addressed to teaching staff, is designed to tackle student drop-out. With drop-out rates affecting learning communities, it's essential to develop proactive strategies to keep students engaged and on track to succeed. Together, we will rethink how to evaluate student progress, focusing on inclusive methods that better meet diverse learning needs. We will explore principles, tools and techniques designed to identify students who are at risk of disengagement or academic failure. Through this exploration, we will gain a comprehensive understanding of how to detect subtle signs of struggle—such as declining performance, lack of participation, or emotional distress—before they escalate into critical issues that could lead to drop-out. Additionally, we will collaboratively create practical, evidence-based solutions to help ‘’at-risk’’ students stay on track and succeed. The goal is simple: to share the skills, knowledge, and insights, and make a real impact in preventing drop-out rates through proactive intervention and support.
These are the teamchers you'll work with on the challenge.
