
How can engineers learn to lead with agility in an increasingly complex and fast-changing world? This challenge invites you to explore agile leadership practices in the context of engineering and product development. You will work in international, interdisciplinary teams and experience what it means to guide a team through uncertainty and complexity. The Leading Agile Teams (LAT) challenge bridges theory and practice. Students will develop the mindset and skills to facilitate teamwork, foster creativity, deal with conflict constructively and reflect on their own leadership approaches. Through lectures, workshops, coaching and real-life team experiences, you will train leadership by leading agile teams yourself – not from textbooks, but by doing.
