Description

This Micro Module is tailored for the Aveiro Service Desk personnel, to give them a basic understanding of what Microsoft Dynamics 365 is, what components we use in the ECIU eco system and how the Conductor is build. The Micro Module is held in Linköping University in a Work Shop like style during three full days. After the Micro Module the attendees should know what the Dataverse is and how tables are created, related and filled with data. They should know how to create forms and views for the data input and output. They should also know how specific components in forms and how views can be controlled with filters and/or conditions.

Understand the architecture and functionality of Microsoft Dynamics 365

Attendees will learn about the various components of Microsoft Dynamics 365, including tables, relationships, cloud flows and more. They will also learn how to navigate the system and perform tasks such as creating records, searching for data and filter views.

Information

This Micro Module is designed to provide Aveiro Service Desk personnel with a basic understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, its components used in the ECIU eco system, and how the Conductor is built.

The course is held in a workshop-style format at Linköping University for three full days.

Upon completion of the Micro Module, attendees will have a comprehensive understanding of the Dataverse, including how tables are created, related, and filled with data.

They will also learn how to create forms and views for data input and output. In addition, they will gain knowledge on how specific components in forms and views can be controlled with filters and/or conditions.

To further enhance the learning experience, the course will include hands-on exercises and practical examples to reinforce the concepts learned. The course will be taught by experienced instructors who have a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its applications.
