This course introduces students to the fundamental concepts of business modelling and start-up development. The course focuses on how innovative ideas can be transformed into viable business models by understanding value creation, customer needs, key partners, and funding opportunities at different stages of a company’s growth. Through engaging learning materials and theoretical tasks, participants will develop the ability to identify key elements of a business model and understand how startups create and deliver value in dynamic market environments. The course also highlights ethical aspects of business activity and encourages critical reflection on sustainable and responsible business practices. This ELO is designed for students interested in entrepreneurship, innovation, and startup ecosystems, providing a solid theoretical foundation for understanding how modern businesses are structured and developed.
