The objective of the challenge is the design and development of a physical product with ICT features (e.g., use of sensors; integration of apps/software, etc.). In recent years, at the end of the course, students have had the opportunity to work in groups to develop and present a prototype, following three main phases: - ideation and validation of the concept, - development of the product architecture, - final product presentation. The challenge integrates various skills (engineering and managerial) and allows students from different backgrounds to interact during the project development, with a particular emphasis on validation (of the idea; customer requirements; market; and technological aspects).
These are the teamchers you'll work with on the challenge.
Engage and communicate effectively with individuals or groups within the company who have an interest in or influence over the product development project, such as managers, clients, technical experts, and end users.
Collaborate with others by combining diverse skills, experiences, and perspectives to achieve common goals; manage group dynamics, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a cooperative environment that supports problem-solving and adaptability in the face of challenges or unexpected events.
