One of our company’s strategic directions is investments in innovative and sustainable heat production. We implement initiatives that help to reduce the use of fossil fuels in heat production and develop new energy services.

The temperature of the water returned from the consumers’ heat points to the heat networks often exceeds the set value. From a technical point of view, this is most often caused  by improper operation of the heat point automation. Return water temperature control is especially relevant during summer nights, when heat is mainly used to maintain hot water temperature, for example in towel dryers.

This challenge will help us better understand what motivates consumers to contribute to more efficient solutions. By taking part, you'll help shape a real incentive mechanism, gain experience in market research, behavioural design, and energy efficiency while contributing to the broader transition to sustainable heat.

The module will be delivered online from **October 8 to December 17, 2026**. The scheduled meetings with the teamchers and the peer learners will be held once a week on **Thursdays: October 8, 15, 22, 29; November 12, 19, 26; December 3, 10, 17**. The meetings start at **15.30 EET** and end at **17.00/18.30 EET** (depending on the day). Please note that attendance is mandatory and highly appreciated by your team members.
